The NEW Netz GmbH is your distribution network operator in the regions of Heinsberg, Mönchengladbach, Viersen, and parts of the Rhein-Kreis Neuss.

We are responsible for the operation, planning, maintenance, and expansion of the local and regional electricity, gas, and drinking water distribution networks, as well as the basic metering operation.

The
NEW Netz GmbH is looking for support at their location in
Viersen in the area of
Administrative Management - Commercial Device Management (m/f/d)
for a temporary parental leave replacement.

Your main tasks:

Invoicing of metering operation costs to suppliers and end customers
Clarification of cost coverage by a supplier
Creation and monitoring of welcome letters
Invoicing to suppliers and end customers
Processing of invoice corrections
Completion of invoicing
Communication with external market partners and customers
Review and implementation of process optimizations in accordance with legal requirements
Conducting tests for format adjustments in SAP IS-U PEN

Your profile:

Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship
Proficient in MS Office
High level of performance orientation, costeffectiveness, and development orientation

Desirable:

Commercial bachelor's degree or successful further education as a business administrator
Good knowledge of SAP
First knowledge of EDIFACT processes in the energy industry and industry knowledge
