Salary range:
$92,000 - $102,000 + benefits

Hybrid Schedule

  • First 56 weeks in person 100% for cross training M-F 95 pm in white plains.
  • After training period, moves into hired shift schedule. Position from there on is remote with the need to come onsite occasionally to troubleshoot/ hands on implementation."

Shift
Weekend Nights, Friday - Sunday or Saturday - Monday (3 days/week), 7pm - 7:30 am EST (One resource for this shift)

Nights, Monday - Friday (5 days/week), 11pm - 7:30 am EST (One resource for this shift)

  • Demonstrates handson expertise Maintaining and Supporting Windows Services in a Virtualized Environment, including Microsoft Applications (Exchange, SharePoint, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, File Permissions, and Security
  • Demonstrates effective interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and in writing
  • Demonstrates close attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and shifting priorities
  • Ability to handle sensitive matters and maintain confidentiality
  • Strong critical thinking and problemsolving skills
  • Practical experience with TCP/IP networking
  • Significant handson experience administrating and troubleshooting VMware Clusters in a highavailability environment, including Windows & Linux guest operating systems
  • Significant experience with and expertise in network monitoring, event detection, analysis, and incident response
  • Significant handson experience with and expertise with Cisco Switching and Routing
  • Strong knowledge of networking concepts including; DNS, switching, routing and firewalls
  • Possess excellent troubleshooting, problem solving, and verbal/written communication skills
  • Ability to manage critical situations, and maintain solid relationships with colleagues and firm staff
  • Ability to anticipate problems, communicate them, and resolve if appropriate
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must have strong written/verbal communication skills
  • Must be detail oriented with strong customer service skills
  • Requires strong interpersonal and organization skills
  • Take ownership of issues and responsibility for customer satisfaction and overall success of services provide
  • Flexibility to adjust hours and work the hours necessary to meet operating and business needs
Experience/Education

  • High school diploma or three years of relevant experience or Military Occupational Specialty
  • Minimum of five years of related experience
