The People Business Partner is responsible for providing comprehensive People (HR) support to our organization, with a focus on partnering closely with the Sales department and contributing to organizational design initiatives.

You will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive work environment, implementing people programs, and supporting the growth and development of our employees.


Key Responsibilities

:


  • Acting as coach and confidante to leadership team as well as a strong employee advocate.
  • Investigating and providing counsel on employee relations in partnership with business, legal, ethics and compliance and making appropriate recommendations.
  • Serving as change management advocate to positively impact organizational effectiveness and providing guidance and coaching to leadership team on change management.
  • Collaborate with business leaders, including Sales leaders and other senior executives, to understand their talent needs and develop people strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant employment laws.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales incentive programs and performance management processes.
  • Act as a liaison between Sales and other departments to facilitate crossfunctional collaboration and communication.
  • Contribute to organizational design efforts to ensure optimal structure and alignment with business goals.
  • Conduct workforce analysis to identify opportunities for improving efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Assist in developing job descriptions, org charts, competency models, and career paths within the organization.

Qualifications

:


  • Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Business/Human Resources or related fields.
  • 3+ years of experience in the Human Resources, with a focus on partnering with Sales organizations and organizational design.
  • Demonstrated success in creating an environment of trust with clients where integrity is unquestioned, and effectively utilize negotiation and conflict resolution skills when needed.
  • Highly organized, detail oriented, adaptable and quickthinking with a proactive approach, an enterprise focus, an understanding of shifting business needs, and the ability to change priorities with ease.
  • Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and communications skills with all levels of the organization required.
  • Maintaining current knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation and ensuring business compliance, familiarity with Human Resources concepts, practices, procedures and basic employment laws.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite including Excel and PowerPoint, along with experience using Google Sheets.
