You'll create interface logic using programming languages to optimize resource usage and meet customer requirements within quality standards.
    • Utilize interface engines such as Epic Bridges, Cerner OPENLink, Capsule, and others to fulfill health system needs. Additionally, you'll be involved in implementing new application features, upgrades, and resolving tickets.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Integrate, construct, and maintain organization-wide systems and interfaces.
    • Create interface documentation and participate in testing activities.
    • Provide guidance on system integration to align with business objectives.
    • Manage the entire interface application development cycle from analysis to support.
    • Proactively identify and address potential issues to adhere to project deadlines.
    • Collaborate with IT analysts and vendors for system optimization and enhancements.
    • Attend meetings to discuss project activities, issues, and updates.
    • Travel to different locations as required, including occasional evening and weekend work.
    • Obtain and sustain certification in relevant applications and work closely with end-users to understand their needs.
    • Complete project tasks within specified timelines and provide ongoing support for implementations and upgrades.

    Experience Requirements:

    • Preferably have Epic experience with a minimum of two years in healthcare information or clinical management systems.
    • At least two years of Epic Bridges Interface experience is preferred.
    • 2 years of experience in IT EMR applications, HL7, and EDI standards is desirable.
    • Familiarity with Cerner OPENLink Integration Engine or similar tools is advantageous.
    • Experience in FTP/SFTP operations, particularly using GoAnywhere Managed File Transfer Solution, is a plus.
    • Prior exposure to various interfaces like Lab, Radiology, ADT, Pharmacy, and more is beneficial.

    Educational Background:

    • Hold a Bachelor's degree in technology, clinical, or related fields, or possess equivalent experience and training.
