The Worms University of Applied Sciences is an internationally oriented campus university with three departments: Computer Science, Tourism/Transportation, and Business Administration. With excellent student-to-faculty ratios, a strong focus on practical experience, and a convenient location between the Rhine-Neckar metropolitan region and the Rhine-Main area, the Worms University of Applied Sciences is an attractive place for learning and teaching.

We are currently seeking to fill the following position at the Worms University of Applied Sciences:

Project Manager "FH-Personal" (m/f/d)

FT -

Full-time (39 hours/week) – fixed-term – EG 13 TV-L

This position is a temporary replacement for maternity and parental leave and is expected to last for one year.

The recruitment and retention of professorial staff at universities face specific challenges. This is also true for the Worms University of Applied Sciences. In order to better position itself in competition with other potential employers, the university has secured the BMBF third-party project "FH-Personal" for a period of six years.

We are looking for an eloquent and professionally qualified individual to lead the "FH-Personal" project as a "Profilmanager/in FH-Person
