Senior HR Business Partner (m/f/d)

  • Fulltime position in Oberfranken
Your responsibilities

  • You will independently advise and support managers and employees in a defined area of responsibility on all HRrelated matters
  • You will handle all operational tasks related to personnel planning, recruiting, personnel support, and personnel releases
  • You will actively optimize and develop our HR processes and implement resulting measures and projects in coordination with the department management
  • You will promote and drive HR as an internal service provider and consultant
  • You will participate in and organize internal events (e.g. Welcome Day), trade fairs, and external events
Your qualifications

  • You have a degree, ideally with a focus on HR, or a comparable education and further training, as well as several years of professional experience in HR, ideally in an industrial company
  • You have relevant experience in HR and are familiar with current labor and personnel law requirements
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Knowledge of SAP SF is desirable
  • Training as a systemic coach is an advantage
  • You are a strong communicator, have excellent
