Description

Description:

Main responsibilities involve conducting waters, swabs, and biological indicators testing. Additionally, the role includes performing Bioburden testing on Medical Device products and providing support to the Micro team. Tasks also encompass media preparation and sterilization using aseptic technique for sample preparation. The position requires identifying equipment malfunctions in the laboratory and either notifying management or conducting simple repairs. Other duties consist of carrying out preventative maintenance and maintaining laboratory cleanliness. It is essential to adhere to all procedures regarding data documentation, laboratory safety, and good laboratory practices. Training will be provided on USP 61, USP 62, and Environmental Monitoring protocols.
