Lab Tech-MicroMain testing responsibilities are waters, swabs, and biological indicators- Performs Bioburden testing on Med Device products and supports Micro team - Media preparation and sterilization utilizing aseptic technique during sample preparation. - Recognizes malfunctions in laboratory equipment and either notify management or performs simple repairs.- Perform preventative maintenance laboratory housekeeping.- Follow all procedures related to data documentation, laboratory safety, and good laboratory practices.- Will train on USP 61 and USP 62-Will train on Environmental Monitoring

Must Haves=- Bachelor's Degree in Biology or Microbiology- Minimum 6 months experience with aseptic technique (could be from school)-Autoclave experience (could be from school)-Media Prep experience (could be from school)Preferred=-6 months experience with Bioburden (school or industry-GMP Lab experience; 6 months experience BEST:- USP-61 or USP-62 experience- Prefer worked within pharmaceuticals or medical device-Would also consider 3rd party testing labs and food micro labs
