In the heart of Munich, innovations are developed and tested in areas such as mobility, housing and work, commerce, and energy supply.


The Front Desk is the point of contact for tenants, guests, and interested parties and is responsible for the first impression.

Everyone who enters the Munich Urban Colab is a member of our community.

As a team member in our Front Desk team, you will take care of their needs and well-being and create a stimulating and inviting atmosphere for our tenants, guests, and interested parties.

Your tasks:


  • You are the contact person for our members for questions and concerns
  • You welcome and receive guests of the Munich Urban Colab
  • You ensure smooth processes throughout the building
  • In your role as a host, you ensure that all our members and guests feel comfortable

Your profile:


  • You enjoy working at the reception and interacting with people
  • You work independently and with a serviceoriented mindset
  • You are proficient in using MS Office
  • You communicate confidently in German and English
