Our Call Center Reps think through the lens of a 5-star customer experience. They greet each caller with enthusiasm and are committed to professionalism. Call Center Reps manage both inbound and outbound call responsibilities.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintain professional enthusiasm on each call, creating a positive and welcoming impression.
Prospect service business by making calls to schedule first services, interval services, recalls and other active and inactive customer lists as provided.
Take ownership and expedite the wellorganized preparation of messages and paperwork for all departments; at the same time, attentively communicating to customers and coordinating with Loaner and Parts departments.
Perform accurate reporting and other administrative tasks as needed to support the Service Manager and Service department.
Proactively seek knowledge from all departments for the purpose of more efficiently and accurately assisting callers with frequently requested information.
Assist the Service Managers with the tactful management of highexpectation customers. Assist the Reputation Manager with responses to lowstar reviews.
