Deputy Nursing Station Management - Tomales, CA, United States - Orion Innovations
Description
Your task:
- You will represent the nursing station management in their absence.
- You will independently take on tasks assigned to you by the nursing station management.
- You will take on stationspecific projects and implement them in collaboration with the management team.
- You will support the nursing station management in all areas of organizational processes, staff management, and strategic direction of the station.
- You will advise and support nursing staff in particularly complex care situations.
Your profile:
- Experience in a general psychiatric setting is advantageous.
- Further training in "Management of a Nursing Unit" or a comparable qualification, or the willingness to complete such training.
- Leadership personality with high professional and social competence.
- Openness to modern treatment concepts.
- High level of selfreflection, conflict and problemsolving skills.
- Competencies in self and time management.
- The ability to work cooperatively and respectfully with all professional groups, services, and departments in our hospital is seen as an important quality.
