Fractional Care Lead Caregiver Opportunities in Mesa


Looking for a gig as a senior living lead caregiver in east Mesa? Well, you're in luck because Cypress HomeCare Solutions wants folks like you to head up their fractional care team Our job is to take care of seniors in independent or assisted living settings, doing everything from quick check-ins and med reminders to personal care, companionship, and even giving them a lift to places they need to be..

this service is unique in that it is still 1-to-1 individualized care, but with many clients each shift.

Job requirements


So, what do you need? A valid driver's license, ability to pass a background check, active auto insurance, a fingerprint clearance card, at least one year of caregiving under your belt, CPR and First Aid certifications (completed in-person), and a negative TB test.

Bonus points if you have experience with dementia care, hospice settings, Hoyer lifts, or heavy lifting, but it's not a must.


Job duties


What will you do at Cypress? You'll help with daily living tasks like bathing and grooming, whip up some basic meals, keep things tidy, remind folks about their meds, drive them around, and be a friendly face to chat with as a Cypress ambassador.
