Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Manager. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and productivity. This is a vital role within our organization, requiring strong administrative and managerial skills.Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise office staff
- Manage the administrative activities of the overall organization so that service technicians, administrative staff, equipment, supplies, and other resources are used effectively and economically.
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents
- Assist with collecting payments on unpaid invoices
- Coordinate and schedule appointments
- Oversee the operation of phone systems and answer incoming calls
- Provide administrative support to management
- Handle front desk duties such as greeting visitors and directing inquiries
- Handle daily tasks with service technicians and customers as things arise during each job
- Oversees general office operations and gives reports to the management
- Coordinates appointments and schedules and manages staff calendars
- Manages filing systems and office supplies, maintains IT infrastructure and keeps inventory of orders
- Oversees staff interactions and responds to their queries on office management issues
- Oversees guest experience, sorts mail and answers direct phone calls
- Assist in responding to online reviews
- Assisting in making daily posts on social media about our company, photos/videos to market the business
- Assist in project creation to help grow the business
- Additional projects as needed by management
These activities may include:
copy services; office supplies; administrative assistance; fleet management; cleaning and maintenance services
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications or any related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an administrative or office manager
- Organizational and timemanagement skills
- Analytical abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Interpersonal skills
- Advanced computer skills, with an aptitude to learn new systems and procedures
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office management or related field
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent clerical skills, including typing skills
- Ability to manage schedules and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
Pay:
From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
