Key Responsibilities:
Waldorf Training Services, including:
- Conducting Training Courses for clients on-site, in-house, or online.
- Creating customized Training Courses to meet the specific needs of each customer.
- Performing post-Training Course customer reviews.
- Assisting with Training administration tasks, such as Customer Evaluations, Courseware, and Training Certificates.
Post-Sales Support, including:
- Providing technical guidance to clients regarding the implementation and use of their design software.
- Collaborating with suppliers to research and identify solutions to client issues.
General Company Duties, including:
- Researching and advising company management on new product opportunities.
- Assisting the Sales and Marketing team with business development initiatives.
Key Success Indicators:
- Achieving high levels of success in all service delivery, as measured by post-training surveys.
- Creating whitepapers and industry-focused articles.
- Generating tips and tricks and "how-to" guides for both customers and internal use.
- Maintaining relevant certifications, both internally and externally.
