    Job Description

    Salary:

    We're on the hunt for a skilled Small Format Digital Press Operator with a deep understanding and proficiency in small format digital print devices to join our Print Production Team at Phase 3 Marketing & Communications. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience working with small format print equipment, with experience on a Xerox iGen 5 and HP Indigo being a bonus.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Operate our range of small format digital printing presses
    • Read and interpret job production work orders
    • Possess a sharp eye for quality and detail. Monitor jobs to ensure print quality and accuracy
    • Troubleshoot and carry out regular maintenance on equipment
    • Ensure production goals are achieved

    Job Requirements:

    • Minimum of 3 years' experience working on Small Format Digital Presses
    • Knowledge of Fiery rip software
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
    • Capability to identify and distinguish colors visually
    • Detail-oriented and well-organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and reduce production downtime
    • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities
    • Quick learner and efficient worker in a fast-paced setting
    • Capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 30 lbs
