What to expect

As a Junior SAP Consultant at Oakwood, you will be involved in the implementation of customized IT transformation projects, as well as optimization, support, and implementation projects in the SAP environment.

You will quickly take on responsibility for sub-projects and contribute to their success.

Your responsibilities will include creating functional concepts, supporting practical implementation, and designing solution alternatives for use in projects.

You will combine your business and technological knowledge with regulatory and process-oriented requirements to develop innovative ideas and implementation recommendations for our clients.

You will also work with your team to develop new IT landscapes for our clients.

Together, we will determine which projects best align with your interests and strengths, allowing you to further develop and grow.

What you bring

  • Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, (Business) Engineering, (Business) Informatics, or a related field
  • First practical experience in IT management, SAP S/4HANA, or (process) consulting through a commercial apprenticeship, student job, or internship
  • Strong interest in technological innovations and a good sense for IT trends
  • High level of commitment, empathy, and strong team orientation
  • Basic experience in project management and/or change management
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English, as well as willingness to travel
