- Performing routine operations task to support manufacturing of injectables such as cleaning, component preparation, sterilization, dehydrogenation, formulation, filtration, filing, lyophilization, and capping.
- Gain familiarity of and achieving proficiency with various process equipment such as Components Washer, Steam Sterilizer, Dry Heat Oven, Vial washer, Lyophilizer, Capper etc.
- Maintain inventory levels and stock supplies for all controlled manufacturing areas.
- Complete accurate and concurrent documentation and review and maintain the area and equipment logbooks.
- Plan efficient execution of assigned daily workload.
- High school diploma or equivalent with proven mechanical aptitude and manufacturing experience required.
- Ability to work independently while donned in clean room gowns within an aseptic environment.
- Ability to be on one's feet for extended periods, 4 to 5 hours, at a time. Routinely lifting/carrying/pushing/pulling 15 to 25 pounds. Equipment setup requires extended periods of standing, lifting/carrying/pushing/pulling more than 15 and up to 75 pounds. Must be comfortable with working in aseptic environment wearing sterile gown, hood, masks, and safety glasses for 4 to 6 hours at a time. Ability to work with cleaning agents, formulation chemicals and hot water in a safe manner per procedure(s).
