Process Technician - Portage, United States - WL Molding of Michigan, LLC

Description

• Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment to ensure efficient and safe manufacturing processes
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment to minimize downtime
• Monitor and adjust process parameters to maintain product quality and meet production targets
• Conduct regular inspections and tests to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Document process data, equipment performance, and any deviations from standard operating procedures
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify and implement process improvements
• Train and mentor new technicians on equipment operation and safety protocols

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification is a plus
• Proven experience as a process technician or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment
• Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, as well as in a team environment
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Supervise production workers
