This position is for the
Healthcare Diagnostics division.

We are looking for
a Global Compensation Analyst

Responsibilities:


  • You will
    analyze competitive data for target labor markets and recommend solutions to compensation challenges
  • You will
    analyze data, provide reporting, and participate in projects in the area of
    employee compensation:
  • You will work closely with the Americas Compensation team while collaborating with the
    Global Compensation team to implement and assist with communications of
    global and local compensation programs
:


  • You will support the transition of compensation programs and processes for North America from the local legacy
    HRIS system to a global
    Workday platform.
  • You will partner with HR Operations to ensure the accuracy and integrity of compensation data in HRIS and identify process improvement opportunities.
  • You will support the implementation of a new IT architecture for the business (i.e. Workday)

Required Skills:


  • Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline
-
CCP and
GRP certifications are preferred

  • Experience in working in an international environment, crossfunctional and crosscultural teams

This position may suit you best if you are familiar with what is below.

  • You bring relevant working experience in Compensation and have a sound knowledge of compensationrelated topics, especially in the United States.
  • You have a proven track record supporting compensation concepts and programs.
  • You are skilled in project management, Microsoft Office (Word,
    Excel, PowerPoint, Access) and fluent in English.
  • You have experience in
    Workday Core Compensation & Jobs and
    Advanced Compensation
:


  • You demonstrate solid professional judgment and problemsolving competence.

$ $50.00 per hour
