    BCBA Board Certified Behavior Analyst

    Salary: $85,000 - $90,000 per year - Full-time

    Job Summary: BCBAs are responsible for behavior evaluations, treatment planning, compliance with insurance requirements, program development, supervision of RBTs, and data analysis for progress monitoring.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Conduct behavior evaluations, select assessment instruments, and develop treatment plans.
    • Write comprehensive behavior evaluation and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards.
    • Conduct peer-to-peer reviews for insurance approvals.
    • Supervise and provide feedback to Registered Behavior Technicians.
    • Provide training for team members and caregivers on successful plan implementation.
    • Ensure timely documentation for billing purposes.

    Skills | Certifications:

    • Master's degree in applied Behavior Analysis, Education, or Psychology (with a concentration in ABA).
    • Current BCBA certification.
    • Experience working with children with exceptionalities preferred.
