    Achieve Pediatric Therapy has been serving children and families in central Florida since 2007. Our mission is to empower children, serve families, and enhance lives through compassionate and individualized care. We offer a collaborative approach to therapy, providing a variety of resources to children of all ages and their families. Our focus is on family-centered services and interventions that enhance motor skills, behavior, and development. We work at part of a collaborative team of therapists including OT, PT, Music Therapy, ST and ABA.

    Role Description

    This is a full-time role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at Achieve Pediatric Therapy. As a Behavior Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, implementing interventions, collecting data, and supervising behavior technicians. This is a hybrid role, located in Orlando, FL, with flexibility for some remote work.

    Responsibilities:

    • BCBA must have a minimum of 1-2 years direct care and supervision experience.
    • Provide direct care to children 0-21 years of age in-person
    • Provide training, supervision and oversight to RBT staff
    • Create/update individualized programming for clients
    • Provide routine weekly/bi-weekly parent training in-person and remote as needed
    • Work within a multi-disciplinary team to facilitate optimal care and exceptional outcomes for children and families
    • Conduct new client assessments/reassessments and initial treatment planning.
    • Effectively managing caseloads, preparing and submitting all required documentation in a timely manner
    • Participation in monthly ABA staff meetings
    • Maintain accurate clinical notes for activities performed
    • Clients served in clinic, home and school as needed

    Qualifications

    • Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis skills
    • Experience in parent education and behavior management
    • Understanding of psychology principles and practices
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team
    • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
    • Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA)
    • Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
