The Kreider Farms Milk Processing Plant located in Manheim, Pennsylvania, is in need of traditional Maintenance Technicians

Duties include:

Ability to ensure smooth operation of all machinery and mechanical equipment throughout the shift by completing preventative maintenance checks and services
Troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing equipment
Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
Ability to repair, install, and maintain equipment
Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
Maintain heating and ventilation equipment
Ability to repair electrical systems

Skills/Licensing/Certifications required:

Industrial maintenance:
mechanical/electrical required

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field
Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to work with various tools and equipment
Proficiency in electrical systems, including reading schematics and troubleshooting
Experience with logic controllers is preferred
Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
