Responsibilities:

Accompanying the client for a 24hour period
Support in daily work and leisure activities
Accompanying participation in community and cultural life
Performing nursing measures
Assistance with personal hygiene and grooming
Household management and organization according to the client's needs
Assistance with accessing medical/therapeutic services
Assisting with organizing necessary aids and medication
Building a strong and empathetic working relationship
Careful documentation of nursing measures
Coordination of work schedules and information exchange within the team
