Position Summary

The Marketing Manager is pivotal in spotting market potentials, nurturing connections, and implementing effective marketing strategies for service promotion. Responsibilities include market data analysis, relationship management, content creation, social media handling, and involvement in promotional events.

Duties and Responsibilities

Create various communication materials - print and digital like brochures, videos, and presentations - in line with brand standards.
Monitor MOS social media channels for quality content delivery.
Develop measurable marketing plans focusing on outcomes and ROI.
Oversee internal marketing such as newsletters and collaboration for key messages delivery.
Analyze market data to identify new markets, patient demographics, and product demand.
Lead in planning and executing company events, sponsorships, and campaigns.
Maintain internal and external relationships for better collaboration and promotion.
Establish relationships with vendors for enhanced partnership opportunities.
Conduct market research, forecasting, and strategic planning to support product success.
Stay updated on market trends to recommend new services and products.
Analyze financial aspects of marketing development initiatives.
Provide training on marketing policies and activities.
Coordinate promotional activities and trade shows.
Negotiate service contracts for marketing strategies execution.
Create an annual marketing budget with clear actionable items for results.
Perform assigned duties.

Education, Experience, Licenses, and Certifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
Minimum three years experience in marketing or related roles, healthcare marketing experience preferred.
Proficient in creating various communication materials - print and digital.
Ability in market research, analysis, and strategic recommendations.
Experience in contract negotiation and vendor management.
Flexibility for company events and activities participation.
