In physics class, do you perk up your ears especially when it comes to the topic of "mechanics"? Or do you have a passion for machines and want to know how they work? Then this study will suit you.

Practical part
  • In our training workshop in Graben-Neudorf, you will acquire knowledge of the basics of metal processing and pneumatics. In the StudiumPlus, we will also teach you all the skills for the IHK skilled worker examination for industrial mechanics.
  • You will gain insights into different production processes and assembly processes, as well as quality assurance.
  • Together with engineers, you will work on improving the functionality of our gears and motors.
  • You will learn about product management, application support, marketing, sales, export, and service.
What happens after the study?

As a mechanical engineer, you can work, for example, in engine and gearbox development, product maintenance, or product development. Or you can advise customers and sales colleagues as a product or application specialist on engines, gears, or complex applications and calculate the drive for complete systems. In quality assurance, you will design test procedures to optimize our product quality, and in production and assembly, you will plan the manufacturing processes of our products.
