Description
We are looking for a motivated, experienced worker who wants to join a growing company shooting for the stars. We are looking to promote employees from within who demonstrate a strong work ethic and loyalty to our company.Experience:
- 35 years experience as a lead water restoration technician or technician
- 23 years experience as a mitigation manager or project manager
- Proven ability to oversee and manage multiple projects at once
- Attention to detail and ability to write scope sheets and field reports; experience with Xactimate preferred
- Drivers license mandatory; IICRC certification preferred
- Oversee and manage water and mold mitigation jobs, including direct communication with homeowners and business owners affected by water or mold damage
- Lead crew of water mitigation technicians, including explaining the scope of work, overseeing the job, and working alongside the crew as needed
- Documenting the job from beginning to end, including writing scope sheets and field reports, taking measurements, and taking photos of the job as it progresses.
- Coordinate any subcontractors or skilled laborers needed for the job
Pay:
$50, $70,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus opportunities
- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
Experience:
- Restoration: 2 years (preferred)
Ability to Commute:
- Sudbury, MA (required)
