Located in the beautiful Stone Ridge area, our client is a leading manufacturer of electromagnetic valves, actuators, and sensors. They are currently seeking a dynamic and innovative Department Head of Embedded Systems (m/f/d) to join their team.

The ideal candidate will be someone who is eager to integrate into a team and take on responsibility for important processes in the development of physical instruments. Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a software and electronics development department
  • Establish guidelines and processes for Automotive SPICE in collaboration with the electronics development team
  • Optimize development methods, define standards, and adapt development processes to meet automotive requirements (ASPICE)
  • Manage the further development of control electronics with embedded software for innovative electromotive and electromagnetic actuators and valves
  • Oversee the implementation of strategic pre-development projects in collaboration with technology
  • Support the project team in the implementation of customer projects and communication with customers regarding actuator control

Must Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field
