About this role:


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced treasury banking product expert to lead our Specialty Industry Vertical Product Management team, who will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive growth and profitability within our specialty industry verticals.


In this role, you will:


  • Lead and oversee the Specialty Industry Vertical (healthcare, technology, manufacturing, construction and/or real estate) Product Management team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to team members.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and profitability within specialty industry verticals, including identifying market opportunities, defining product roadmaps, and setting pricing strategies.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure alignment and execution of business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs within specialty industry verticals.
  • Drive product innovation and development initiatives, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners as needed.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry partners to enhance market penetration and drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to track progress against goals and objectives, making datadriven decisions to optimize performance.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards within specialty industry verticals, working closely with legal and compliance teams.
  • Provide regular reporting and updates to senior management on the performance of specialty industry verticals and product management initiatives.
  • Continuously assess and refine product strategies and offerings to meet evolving market dynamics and customer needs.

Required Qualifications:


  • 8+ years of Product Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 4+ years of Management experience

Desired Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in treasury banking, with a focus on product management and strategy
  • Experience successfully leading product management teams and driving growth within specialty industry verticals (healthcare, technology, manufacturing, construction and/or real estate)
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable plans
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence crossfunctional teams
  • Deep understanding of financial products and services, including cash management, payments, liquidity management, and risk management
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver results on time and within budget
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards within the banking industry
  • Strong business acumen and commercial awareness, with a focus on driving revenue growth and maximizing profitability

Job Expectations:


  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
