  • Installation, configuration, and shipping of RAS hardware
  • Handling of incoming incidents in the incident management as part of second level support
  • Troubleshooting of remote access solutions in a customer environment
  • Ensuring agreed SLAs and OLAs
  • Operationalization of measures to prevent incidents
  • Creation and updating of operational documents
  • Participation in change, release, and problem management
  • Participation in operational testing and quality management

What you bring with you:


  • Completed vocational training in the IT field and relevant work experience
  • Knowledge in the administration and support of IT and communication services
  • Knowledge in incident management
  • Experience in operation, administration, or troubleshooting of VPN solutions
  • Experience in administration in the Windows OS environment
  • Experience in IT service management, ITIL certification is an advantage
  • Structured and responsible way of working
  • Initiative and openness to new topics
  • Very good German skills (at least C1) and good English skills (at least B2)
