Celebrating 24 years of consistent YOY growth, we seek an experienced agency leader to join our New Jersey HQ to help strategize, plan, buy, manage, traffic, and report advertising campaigns across digital and traditional platforms in North America, and global territories, while representing a roster of acclaimed international clients and brands.


Digital Media Manager

  • Media planning /buying with 5+ years of digital media agency experience a must
  • Collaboratively work alongside Group Director, Media Director, and Media Managers, across a portfolio of global kid and family accounts, to bring measurable, crossscreen campaigns to life
  • Proficient in setting up and managing paid media campaigns across digital, mobile, social, and programmatic platforms
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience across channels (i.e. video, display, paid social (Meta, Google, TikTok), gaming, retail media (PPC), and traditional media
  • Develop and deliver clientfacing performance reports
  • Solid understanding of the US market, and use of media tools to steer planning
  • Keen eye for detail and understanding of budget restraints
  • Managing of campaign assets, trafficking, and tagging to ensure campaigns are set

Analysis & Reporting

  • Responsible for digital analytics and insights
  • Proficient in reporting metrics and optimizations for stellar campaign performance
  • Monitor ad verification / ad server data to provide thinking, analysis, and conclusions
  • Proficient in reporting tools (GA, Datorama, Excel)
  • Effectively communicate optimization strategies and crossplatform opportunities
  • Responsible for pulling and crafting competitive Spending reports and providing analysis and visualization for client review and understanding
  • Collect, review, analyze, and chart POS data, providing visualization of media to sales

Experience Necessary

  • Knowledge of digital channels/buying methods (video, display, search, gaming, programmatic, paid social; retail media, etc.)
  • Expert in marketing principles and analytics is a must
  • Experience in setting up campaigns across all relevant paid social platforms
  • Competence within systems and tools related to the media planning process
  • Mastery of thirdparty ad server and ad verifications
  • Familiarity with biddable channels and partner direct
