McGrew Equipment, founded in 1999, is a full-service auction house that specializes in construction & tractor auctions. McGrew hosts a bi-weekly auction that allows for both online bidding and on-location bidding at our headquarters in Seven Valleys, PA.


The Inbound Customer Relations Specialist is responsible for answering, assisting, directing, and logging all incoming telephone calls throughout the company and making outbound calls to customers as necessary.

In addition, this position will help provide general office support with a variety of clerical activities, including mail distribution, supply ordering, etc.

  • Greets and directs visitors to the company.
  • Answering, assisting, directing, and logging all incoming telephone calls to appropriate parties in a professional and courteous manner
  • Providing the Director of Marketing with the call logs weekly
  • Complete outbound calls to confirm customers have received invoices, promote trucking and remind customers for machine pickup.
  • Receives, sorts, and forwards incoming mail.
  • Coordinates the pickup and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
  • Managing and ordering office supplies
  • Updating the McGrew phone list directory via the Google document
  • Updating the McGrew Meet the Team page on the website
  • Enter service work orders in NetSuite.
  • Enter parts invoices into NetSuite.
  • Providing administrative support when needed
  • Work with the marketing and executive teams on new ideas and projects as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Required Skills and Abilities:


  • Excellent phone and cold calling skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Ability to manage a project
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Educational & Experience Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of previous experience in an outbound call center or reception experience (or equivalent customerrelated ability)
  • Construction or agricultural industry experience is a plus

Essential Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear.

The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle or feel and reach with hands and arms.

The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to ten (10) pounds and may infrequently lift and/or move up to twenty-five (25) pounds.

Specific vision abilities required of this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision and peripheral vision.
