As an In Home Caregiver, you will provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need, allowing them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and assistance to clients in their homes
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if necessary
• Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and tidying up
• Accompany clients to appointments or outings as needed
• Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clients
• Monitor and report any changes in client's condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals

Experience:

• Previous experience in nursing homes, home care, or similar settings is preferred
• Knowledge of senior care systems and best practices
• Experience working with individuals with autism, dementia, or other special needs is a plus
• Familiarity with caregiving techniques for hospice care is beneficial
• Ability to lift and assist clients with mobility limitations
