In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the Workday Extend Roadmap within the IT&D HR framework, in alignment with the HR strategy. It is crucial that you stay updated on market trends and continuously monitor the evolution of Workday Extend.
You should have a thorough understanding of Workday Extend's advanced presentation elements, Advanced Data, and Orchestration Services. You will be accountable for the operational reliability of Workday Extend applications globally and will also be involved in designing solutions.
You will work closely with the IT&D and HR teams to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements for Extend applications. You will define project scopes and strategize their implementation.
Your responsibilities will also include actively participating in incident handling and enhancements to improve existing advanced applications, as well as providing project leadership at a global level for advanced application deployment.
You will be responsible for testing, validating, and deploying Workday Extend applications while ensuring compliance with internal controls.
