- Ensure Itential's cloud solutions are the most secure in the industry.
- Lead security engineering and solution implementation across all layers of the SaaS offering.
- Create and deploy security instrumentation and execute security initiatives.
- Drive security strategy to continuously improve security posture.
- Mentor engineers to integrate security into development practices.
- Lead independent security tests to proactively identify security vulnerabilities.
- Respond rapidly to security alerts and oversee risk mitigation.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- 5 years of Cloud platform experience (Google Cloud Platform, Amazon Web Services, Azure, VMware VCF).
- 5 years of relevant Security Engineering experience.
- Preferred certifications: CISSP, CISM, CISA, SANS GIAC, CGEIT, CRISC, GSEC.
- Also preferred: AWS certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect Professional, AWS Security Specialty, AWS Advanced Networking.
