The Director, Marketing Operations will lead a team of direct reports and lead leaders without direct authority to develop strategies and solutions that enable and accelerate competitiveness of marketing and sales organization.

Primary areas of focus for this role include but are not limited to the following:


  • Maximize commercial impact through bestinclass, compliant medical education and marketing operations.
  • Examples include shape and oversee execution of speaker bureau and programs, timely processing of POs and feeforservice (FFS) consulting agreements through platforms (TOTALITY, ARIBA)
  • Elevate speed to impact by enhancing platforms/processes.
  • Examples include upgrading speak program reporting and driving change management, evaluating and shaping marketing roles and/or KPIs, represent Immunology to shape JJIMwide initiatives
  • Amplify power of One Immunology by driving connectedness and alignment across business partners
  • Examples include liaise crossfunctionally to identify and address improvement opportunities, participate in Immunology culture initiatives, lead Immunologyspecific special projects

Qualifications:


Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required.
  • A minimum of 10 years of pharmaceutical experience with 3 years of people leadership experience.
  • Strong leadership, management and teamwork qualities.
  • Strong strategic/tactical planning and implementation capabilities are required; willingness to explore issues in detail.
  • Ability to think creatively, be solutions oriented and work in a team environment
  • Experience with MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel, or other platforms is required.
  • Ability to work in the Horsham, PA office 3 days a week and travel up to 20%.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Sales and/or marketing experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of FDA promotional practice laws, regulations, policies, guidelines and enforcement trends
This role will report into the Senior Director, Commercial Strategy & Operations.
