To expand our team, we are currently seeking a Foreman (m/f/d) for maintenance cleaning and housekeeping at our care and support facility in 06110 Halle (Saale), Emmaus, PA. This is a full-time position with 39 hours per week, working from Monday to Friday starting at 5:00 am.

Your responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the provision of contracted facility management services, including documentation
  • Supporting your team with maintenance cleaning tasks
  • Organizing and monitoring all operational processes and ensuring the quality of services provided
  • Ensuring the costeffectiveness of your department monitoring hours and cost development
  • Developing recommendations for process optimization in accordance with contract requirements
  • Creating and managing personnel and shift schedules
  • Preparing tasks for payroll and salary accounting
  • Organizing and conducting training and instruction sessions
  • Participating in the selection and hiring of personnel

Your profile:

  • Qualified training in building management or at least 3 years of professional experience in technical facility operations or building management preferred
  • First experience in a leadership role
  • Teamwork and empathy are among your strengths
  • High customer and solution orientation, as well as independent work style
  • Proficiency in MS Office
