Summary:

Essential Job Duties:

Responsibilities ensure material used is correct and material matches work instruction, keep track of material batches, inspect for in process defects, load and unload machines, keep track of parts and defects produced during shift.

acquire correct material using work instructions and calculate amount needed for job.

Cut to work order specifications, keep track of material used and batch numbers.

Educational and Experience Requirements:

High school education or GED required.
23 years' experience within a production environment
Proficient level of English
Verbal & Written
Must have basic math skills.
Must be attentive to detail.
Excellent manual dexterity.
Must be able to stand for long periods of time and perform repetitive manual tasks with frequent rotations.
Must be able to comprehend and follow all job procedures and safety protocols.

Physical Requirements:

While performing the essential duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to:

Position involves lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, squatting, reaching and using measuring devices involving fine hand motion and a high degree of visual acuity. Due to the nature of the position and the level of noise, safety glasses and other PPE will be required.
