The RehaCentrum Hamburg is the largest rehabilitation facility in Hamburg. It is operated on the premises of the University Medical Center Hamburg-Eppendorf and at Berliner Tor. The treatment spectrum includes cardiological, orthopedic, neurological, and psychosomatic rehabilitation.


To strengthen our teams, we are looking for you as a
Therapeutic Director (m/f/d) at the Berliner Tor and University Medical Center Hamburg-Eppendorf locations as soon as possible.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible contact person for all therapists and therapeutic matters at both locations of RCHH
  • Contact person for other management staff at the center
  • Personnel management, including scheduling and vacation planning
  • Responsible for therapy planning
  • Conduct regular meetings for coordination and with employees
  • Develop new therapeutic products and distribution channels
  • Identify needs for therapy equipment investments
  • Initiate and accompany change processes
  • Ensure highquality therapeutic care for patients
  • Monitor KTLs and therapy standards
  • Develop and implement interdisciplinary therapy models
  • Review applications and conduct interviews
  • Contribute to quality management
  • Regular communication with management and interface managers

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Therapeutic education and completed specialized or university degree in healthcare
  • Leadership experience in healthcare (ideally in inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation)
  • Entrepreneurial personality with strong negotiation skills, vision, and successful project management experience
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in solving complex quantitative issues
