Team Leader (m/f/d):


for our accident surgery and orthopedic ward in Watterson Park, KY, we are looking for a full-time employee to start as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities

  • Representing the nursing service in line with the overall goals of the hospital
  • Motivating and leading employees, promoting their independence and willingness to take responsibility
  • Leadership philosophy that involves employees in decisionmaking processes
  • Organizing staff deployment and work processes with a focus on business management
  • Constructive and cooperative collaboration with other professional groups in the hospital
Your profile

  • Completed vocational training as a registered nurse (m/f/d)
  • Completed further education in nursing leadership for a ward or unit, or a comparable degree
  • Several years of professional and leadership experience preferred
  • Leadership skills and ability to work in a team
  • Independence, responsibility, and a high level of flexibility
  • Confident and strong personality
  • Enjoyment in finding solutions, even in difficult situations
