Position Overview:

HR Operations & Shared Services Team at Pure

We engage with our 5,000+ employee population across 37 countries in a regional structure, and our Team Leads and HR Operations Specialists partner with our employees, HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition and other cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class support and perspective.

  • Through Pure's Case Management System (PERC), powered by ServiceNow manage a caseload of employee & manager inquiries over a broad spectrum of topics across Employee Lifecycle including but not limited to statutory and company policies on Pay and Rewards, Benefits, Payroll and Leave Entitlements. In addition, help employees navigate and provide information on company guidelines and transacting on cases such as Internal & International Mobility, Employee Job & Organizational data changes, Employment Verifications, etc.
  • Be knowledgeable and wellversed with Pure's HCM Information System (Workday) to transact, track, and audit highvolume transactions from onboarding to exit via PERC, while leveraging professional communications with employees and managers.
  • Collaborate effectively across HR and nonHR cross functional teams (i.e. HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Payroll, IT, Facilities) on a broad range of topics, as needed.
  • Engage with external partners/vendors on a needed basis in relation to onboarding matters.
  • Provide a hightouch employee experience as new hires onboard to Pure, from engaging with them at preboarding stage ensuring required onboarding tasks are completed, to conducting the New Hire Orientation (hosted every Monday) on their first day at Pure. Concurrently, coordinating with internal stakeholders (IT, TA, Facilities, Payroll, Benefits, Health & Safety etc.) and handling essential HR documentations (passports, background checks, etc.) to ensure the process is seamless and the new hire has a smooth start.
  • When appropriate, escalate complex topics to senior team members in a timely manner, with an eye towards identifying and implementing a solution.
  • Support Global, Regional & Country Projects within HR Ops and in partnership with HRIT as needed, in view of the continual efforts in driving process simplification & Pure's commitment to digitalizing employee experience.

Qualifications:

What you bring to the table:

  • 1+ year(s) experience in a HR position or equivalent (e.g. hospitality, customer services, customer relations)
  • Bachelor's degree and / or equivalent work experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to details
  • Customer focused mindset
  • Ability to flex in & out of initiatives, employee cases & issues where required and take the ownership of assigned tasks and projects
  • Ability to work across time zones and comfort in a virtual work environment through Zoom meetings
  • Comfort working with remote management, remote updates and weekly checkins with your manager and team
  • Team player who demonstrates a positive, 'can do' attitude willingness to roll up your sleeves and be excited to contribute in all parts of the Pure employee experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with a diverse group of individuals
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and problemsolving skills to thrive in a fast paced, always changing environment
  • Possess the maturity to work with & manage confidential information
  • Quick and passionate learner
  • Ability to adapt quickly
