This is what your training looks like with us.

  • During your three-year training, you will learn how to safely handle modern trucks, load different types of waste, and optimize routes
  • During your training, you will acquire both the C/CE driver's license and many other theoretical contents related to trucks and occupational safety
  • As a trainee, you will accompany daily routes in the surrounding area after your training and ensure that everything runs according to plan during waste collection
  • In addition, you will get to know the relevant departments for your training, such as dispatch and truck workshop
  • You handle the vehicles responsibly and take care of everything from maintenance to fixing minor malfunctions
  • As the first point of contact, you maintain a friendly relationship with our customers

Your qualifications at a glance

  • You have completed your secondary school education and are at least 17 years old
  • Ideally, you have a Class B driver's license before starting your training
  • You have a great interest in technical connections and practical activities
