Overview:


The
Community Scheduler is responsible for preparing and publishing the associate schedule for the community while ensuring proper staffing levels are maintained per regulation and overtime is minimized.

Qualifications:


  • Interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to juggle swing shifts and the individual availability of all staff.
  • Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Staffing and scheduling experience preferred.
