Assistant Manager - Reservations and Customer Relations
Cape Cod Central Railroad is currently hiring for the role of
Assistant Manager - Reservations and Customer Relations.

This person will be responsible for ensuring accuracy in reservations, facilitating special requests, and delivering a high quality customer experience.

This is a critical role at Cape Cod Central Railroad.

This is a full-time, non-exempt position primarily in Hyannis, MA, but may require working out of multiple locatoins including Hyannis, Buzzards Bay and Taunton.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

Responsible for ensuring accuracy in reservations, facilitating special requests, delivering a high quality customer experience, resolving customer issues

Accurately process nightly deposit

Assist with facilitating group sales with tour operators

Order gift shop merchandise and track inventory

Note:
Must ride trains when assistance is needed on board

Position will work out of multiple locations. Primarily Hyannis and Buzzards Bay. Possibly Taunton in the winter.
