As the Guest Services Liaison, you are the heart of our reputation.

There may be many faces of Nail Haven, but the Guest Services Liaison is the individual who sets the tone for each guest's experience.


The Guest Services Liaison is responsible for providing, maintaining and promoting hospitality at the highest level at all times; welcoming and serving guests in a courteous, efficient and friendly manner, both face-to-face and on the phone.


Ultimately, this individual will strive to create an atmosphere around the receptionist desk that welcomes people, and pro-actively anticipates the needs of the guests so solutions can be offered before being requested and helping to ensure a seamless experience from start to finish.


Experience/Qualifications:


  • One year of salon reception experience, and have a good understanding of nails salon processes and products (preferred)
  • Ability to perform basic math skills such as addition, subtraction
  • Requires strong communication, organizational, decisionmaking and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to be detailoriented while maintaining thorough followthrough.
  • Ability to multitask and to work well under pressure.
  • Proficiency with electronic resources such as Internet search, Google, Word and
POS systems.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Ability to multitask: telephones, POS and guests that are in front of you.
  • Review and respond to all guest complaints and escalate to Service Excellence
Manager, as necessary

  • Project an approachable and professional image in personal appearance, manner, and demeanor.
  • Maintain a work environment of cleanliness and organization.
  • Lead and oversee the guest experience to ensure all members and guests are receiving a consistent and elevated experience
  • Use professional telephone etiquette in handling internal and external guest requests.
  • Must demonstrate a positive attitude and professional demeanor, serving as an ambassador for Nail Haven

From $15.00 per hour
