Hoffman's Exterminating has an open position for a
Service Manager to be responsible for the Day to Day Operations of our service team.


Hoffman's Exterminating is one of the fastest growing and most dynamic Pest Control companies in the South Jersey & Tri-state area.

We currently operate out of 6 offices, (Mantua NJ, Woodbury Heights NJ, Newtown Square PA, Northfield NJ, Middletown DE., and Burlington NJ).

The Service Manager is responsible for the overall success and Service Quality of the Branch. Plan, organize, direct, coordinate, and control activities and functions to achieve goals and objectives while maintaining corporate standards.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Technician Service and Sales activities.
  • Coordinates inventory, production, and equipment maintenance in accordance with policies and procedures.
  • Directs the development and implementation of all service strategies utilized by the Company.
  • Oversees company functions including scheduling, allowance, cancellations and growth.
  • Develops plans for the efficient use of materials, equipment and employees.
  • Reviews production costs and product quality, and modifies production and inventory control programs to maintain and enhance profitable operations.
  • Help prepare annual budget, reprojections, and monthly projections.
  • Evaluates performance, makes salary recommendations, and administers disciplinary actions consistent with company policy.
  • Evaluates quality of service provided to customers and develops procedures to minimize customer complaints. Prepares service and corporate reports.
  • Ensures recruiting, interviewing, and staffing of personnel are conducted to efficiently staff the service, sales, and administrative function.

Requirements:


  • Minimum of four (4) years
    Pest Control experience required.
  • Minimum of one (1) year management experience required.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the organization, products, and/or services required.
  • Certificates, licenses and registrations as required by federal and state
