Reybold is a growing Construction and Property Management that owns serveral Residential and Commercial Property throughout Delaware actively seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Commercial Maintenance Departmant In this role you are responsible for effectively and efficiently performing repairs and preventive maintenance throughout the entire property.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Completes tenant requested service orders on a timely basis.
  • Troubleshoots, diagnoses and corrects minor HVAC failures, electrical problems, minor appliance failures and minor plumbing failures.
  • Provides minor carpentry and sheetrock repairs.
  • Performs necessary preventive maintenance on all commercial units.
  • Rekeys locks and cuts keys.
  • Assists in monitoring inventory of maintenance supplies, facilitating accurate replacement orders.
  • Shares oncall duty with other Maintenance personnel.
  • Inspects property for safety hazards and advises supervisor of any necessary action.
  • Incorporates both safety and customer service in performance of all job duties.
  • Completes all job duties within Company guidelines and in accordance with Federal, State and Local laws.
  • Must maintain a professional appearance.

Additional Job Responsibilities:


  • Performing additional work as directed by management.
  • Must participate in the oncall rotation.
  • Position may require occasional overtime.
