Duties:

• Greet customers and provide a welcoming atmosphere
• Process customer transactions using a point of sale system
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Assist customers with product inquiries and purchases
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
• Promote store products and services to enhance the customer shopping experience

Skills:

• Experience in point of sale software and basic computer skills
• Strong phone etiquette skills for handling customer inquiries
• Knowledge of retail sales techniques to drive revenue

- bilingual (Spanish/English)

• Proficiency in retail math calculations for accurate transactions
