    Overview

    Venturity is seeking a high-energy Business Development Representative with 3 – 5 years solid success in Sales and Business Development.

    Someone with a natural curiosity and closing mentality will do well in this role. Extremely competitive compensation and commission structure with opportunity for growth, promotion, and leadership.


    We are seeking an enthusiastic person who can become the face of Venturity to our most valued clients and partners across multiple markets.

    You will work closely with the business development and marketing team to develop and execute our growth plans. Being a leader and facilitating collaboration is key, as well as enjoying creating relationships and strategic partnerships. We are looking for a long-term fit and someone who is eager to grow in their career.

    Respsible for execution of the business development lifecycle- networking, opportunity identification, qualification, and closing.

    Generate a robust pipeline of opportunities that align with Venturity's values.

    Engage customers in identifying and shaping opportunities- this includes active communication of filtered actionable intelligence

    Actively market Venturity's brand.

    Define mutual client relationship expectations.

    Participate in a variety of marketing events, as well as help create new marketing initiatives.
