Overview


Working under the supervision of a licensed Nurse, this position involves delivering high-quality care while respecting the dignity of each individual. The main responsibilities include providing basic patient care tailored to the specific needs of each patient, ensuring service excellence, and adhering to PH Standards of Behavior.



Educational Requirements

Certifications
Applicants must acquire CPR certification within 60 days of being hired. Prior certification as a CNA/EMT/Paramedic is advantageous. For those assigned to the Parkview Randallia Family Birthing Center, PCTs must obtain notary public bonding within 6 months of employment if 18 years old or older.


Experience
Prior experience in a patient care setting for a minimum of 1 year is preferred but not mandatory.


Additional Qualifications

  • Attendance of a four-day New Hire/Patient Care/EPIC Orientation is mandatory. The typical orientation days are scheduled for Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday for the entire day._
