    Description

    We are an outpatient surgery center in downtown San Francisco which provides high-quality care for elective surgery patients in a structured, mature, professional environment.

    We are hiring a RN Manager with at least 1 year full-time operating room experience.

    An ideal team member for us would be someone who understands and works within the current federal, state and local standards, guidelines, and regulations to ensure that patient will be safe and to keep highest degree of quality care.

    Experience profile should support knowledge of how to maintain the sterile field in the operating room, and how to be constantly vigilant to see that proper aseptic techniques are utilized to prevent contamination and infection between patients.

    Helps to prepare surgeons and inventory for daily surgical cases

    • Helps in maintaining log books and following guidelines for accreditation
    • Uses appropriate organizational skills and proactive thinking to foresee surgery center challenges and help resolve them, in terms of basic materials & supplies, equipment logistics and other organizational concerns that might affect the flow of surgery or provision of services
    Previous surgical experience (at least 1 year full-time)
